What is a Chapter?

A chapter is a local branch of the larger EFL organization, if you live in an area or don't have access to a branch of EFC, consider starting a chapter. We'll guide you through every step and provide you materials like a curriculum, direct one-to-one guidance, guides to finding a partner school and etc. After starting a chapter, you still operate within the bounds of the major organization, but most of the chapters decisions are controlled and made by you and your subsequent management team.
